Maxims for Teachers

“Maxims for Teachers” is the prosaic name for a project I’ve been thinking about for a long time, and am now sharing as a regular series of entries here on my website. They are statements that I invite teachers to think with, to carry in their minds and to use as reflective tools to notice and maybe question their assumptions, discover their intentions, and to recapture a sense of hope, fun, and creativity in their work.
